Services Provided
Ending With Intention provides non-medical, non-clinical end-of-life doula services including:
- End-of-life doula support
- End-of-life planning services
- Death Cafés and community conversations
- Workshops and speaking engagements
Not a Medical or Clinical Service
Leatrice Bynum is a end-of-life doula, not a licensed therapist, grief counselor, social worker, or medical professional. Services provided by Ending With Intention:
- Are not a substitute for medical care, hospice services, or mental health treatment
- Do not constitute therapy, counseling, or clinical social work
- Are complementary to — not a replacement for — licensed professional care

Appointments & Cancellations
- A free 30-minute consultation is offered to all new clients
- Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-shows may forfeit their scheduled appointment
- Leatrice reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
Confidentiality
All information shared during consultations and sessions is held in strict confidence. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent except where required by law.
Payment
- Service fees will be communicated clearly before any paid engagement begins
- Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement
- Ending With Intention reserves the right to update pricing at any time
Limitation of Liability
Ending With Intention and Leatrice Bynum shall not be held liable for any outcomes related to end-of-life decisions made by clients or their families. Our role is to provide compassionate guidance and support — final decisions remain with the individual and their family.
Intellectual Property
All content on endingwithintention.com including text, images, and resources is the property of Ending With Intention and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
